Opportunity Council oversees the activities of the Northwest Training Institute and was a founding partner since the institutes beginning. Opportunity Council is a community action agency which provides a broad range of services to the community. Northwest Youth Services created the Northwest Training Institute in 2003 as a means to support healthy, sustainable organizations in our communities. Northwest Youth Services transferred their ownership of the institute to the Opportunity Council in July of 2008. They continue to provide support as the founding organization.
